Jialiang Wang was born in Liaoyang, Liaoning province, China, in 1983. He received the B.S. degree from the Dep. of Electronics and Information Engineering, LNTU, Fuxin, China, in 2005, and he received the M.S. degree from the Dep. of Information Science and Technology, NEU, Shenyang, China, in 2008.  He is currently working toward the PH.D. degree at the same University.
