Bo Li was born in Jinzhou, Liaoning province, China, in 1980. He received the B.S. degree in 2003 and the M.S. degree in 2006 from the Dep. of Computer Science, LUPCT,Fushun, He is currently working toward the PH.D. degree at NEU.
