Biography
Wei Cai was born in Shenyang, Liaoning, China, in 1982. He received his Bachelor degree of Computer Science and Technology from Shenyang University of Technology in 2004, and his Master degree of Computer Software Theory from Northeastern University in 2007. He became a Ph.D candidate of Computer System Structure in Northeastern University in 2007. And now he is working toward his Ph.D degree at the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in University of Waterloo, Canada, as a visiting scholar. His research interests include: Software Engineering, Computer Simulation, and Complex Networks.
